Financial struggle is common for most wives during or after divorce. The law entitles the wife to claim financial support from the husband’s income, standard of living, and responsibilities. We file application and support the women to claim Maintenance under Sections 24 & 25 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 Section 144 of BNSS, 2023 including Temporary Maintenance (in a pending divorce case) and Permanent Alimony (after separation from the husband).\u00a0We will ensure that the court does not entertain any dilly-dally or non-payment by the husband.<\/p>
